Customs & Tariffs

Good news - all duties and tariffs for U.S. orders are prepaid by us. What you pay at checkout is the total cost, with no surprise fees when your package arrives.

In addition, we try our best to mark package value down and as a gift when shipping internationally. If any duties apply, your local postal service or customs authority will reach out directly to you. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Exchanges for Defects

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we’ll make it right.

  • Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We’ll arrange for an exchange or replacement if the item qualifies

  • Please note: many of our products have intentional distressing, discoloration, and fading for a vintage look.
