Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.

Canada - $10-15 delivery in 2–7 business days

USA - $18-25 delivery in 4–10 business days

Rest of the world - $25+ (varies by location) - 7–21 business days

Customs & Tariffs

If you're ordering from the U.S. or international, please note that import duties or taxes may be charged by your country’s customs office. These are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer. The U.S. has removed the de minimis exemption, which means low-value imports are no longer duty-free. As a result, some products may now face duties of 30% or more at delivery.

As a small, independent brand, we do not collect or remit customs fees or tariffs at checkout. If any duties apply, your local postal service or customs authority will reach out directly to you. We appreciate your understanding and support.

RETURNS

At Parfait, each piece is crafted with care and intention. Because of the limited nature of our products, all purchases are final sale.

Please review sizing, details, and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exchanges for Defects

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we’ll make it right.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We’ll arrange for an exchange or replacement if the item qualifies

  • Please note: many of our products have intentional distressing, discoloration, and fading.
